Cooking Cottage ep.1

Today we decided to make enchiladas and spanish rice! We had so much fun in the process -we all were granted spanish names and very appropriately I was named, HannahMaria. While listening to Seniorita - JT.




Roommate taught us how to make enchiladas
1. dip the tortillas into the enchilada sauce
2. lay out the tortilla and add chicken and cheese inside
3. roll it up


Ta-da and we just stuck it in the oven to have the cheese all nice and melty


Our Delicious Spanish Rice!
None of us knew how to make it so we googled it,
We put oil in a pot with rice and a little bit of water, let it boil added chicken broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes, onions, and a pinch of garlic salt.
We were a bit nervous but it turned out so, so yummy!


We had a little feast in our backyard after hiding from the 104 degree monster.
